My name is Katharina and I have more than 15 years of experience within the music industry, specialised in music producer management. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with music producers, artists and creative teams, building careers, developing long-term strategies and creating structures that support their sustainable growth.

I began my professional career at Golden Gate Management and WVG Medien/VERY US RECORDS before in 2019, I joined NEUBAU Music Management as Head of Producer Management & Sync, playing a key role in the development and expansion of their music producer roster as well as the companys overall sync business while building strong interfaces between creatives, music industry executives and clients. In 2024, I was promoted to Director of Operations & Producer Management, crediting my responsibilities for operational processes at a company-wide level.

In February 2025, I made a huge step and founded Companion, my very first own business. My focus is on supporting music producers and artists not just as manager, but as long-term partner—offering clear strategy, honest communication and a deep understanding of both the creative and business demands of the industry.

Furthermore, I do work as music supervisor for film and tv series and would love to expand this work in the near future.
